1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PA In Seconds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including physicians, staff members, and administrators.
2. Description of Service
PA In Seconds provides a prior authorization automation platform for independent physicians. Our services include patient medication history analysis, step therapy gap identification, clinical chart note generation, and prior authorization submission workflows. The platform is intended to assist - not replace - clinical decision-making.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each user account is personal and may not be shared. Practice administrators are responsible for managing their team members' access levels.
4. Permitted Use
You may use PA In Seconds solely for legitimate prior authorization workflows within your medical practice. You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to circumvent security measures. All patient data entered must be accurate and you must have proper authorization to process such data.
5. HIPAA and Compliance
While PA In Seconds implements technical safeguards for HIPAA compliance, users remain responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, state privacy laws, and payer-specific requirements. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available upon request.
6. Limitation of Liability
PA In Seconds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for prior authorization decisions made by payers, delays in processing, or clinical outcomes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PA In Seconds at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
